The top fabric used is a 220GSM or 400D polyester UV & Water proof & CPI fire retardant. Aluminium is a air craft grade T6061 heat treat toughened and then anodised to avoid corrosion. Ally wall thickness is average 2mm. Ally struts are closed with PVC moulded end caps. The inner leg is star shaped to avoid jamming.
PVC components are extra thick and bolts are hidden to avoid damage to the top fabric. The top is fastened at the top of the leg through an eyelet with a 8mm bolt this is to ensure that when securing the PS unit down to the ground it is pulled on the top of the leg and not on the roof itself avoiding tearing or the roof pulling skew thus distorting the branding.
Foot piece is 10mm solid PVC moulded. Unit comes complete with mallet and 8 peg & rope systems. The carry bag is 600D PVC coated polyester. Unique optional accessories include a Hard Carry Case and a Special Clamping Systems for flag to shade or shade to shade.
